Brendan McElroy is the HR M&A Roundtable Manager and founder of BJM Consulting, LLC. He is an HR M&A junkie who loves to research, facilitate, and speak about improving the employee experience. Brendan had the chance to cultivate this passion when he developed an M&A cultural assessment in 2019 as a research intern.

He has since been promoted to Roundtable Manager, supporting the HR M&A community by organizing events and co-creating resources like the due diligence toolkit. Additionally, he supports the M&A community by providing cutting-edge research and consulting services through BJM Consulting.

Brendan earned a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, he cheers for his favorite teams, the Minnesota Wild and New York Yankees, and analyzes sports statistics to dominate his competitive fantasy sports leagues.
